We support people and organisations navigating change, bringing a calm, grounded approach that creates clarity, presence, and sustainable progress.
Through Flint Essence, we work at the intersection of leadership, wellbeing, and systems thinking, creating space to pause, realign, and move forward.
Alongside this work, the Flint Essence Studio offers a small, dedicated space for individuals and groups to slow down, reconnect, and return to what matters.

Our work is informed by an understanding of the nervous system and may include gentle, breath-based practices and embodied awareness to support regulation, focus, and clarity.
From this place, clarity and sustainable progress can emerge naturally in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned.

Grounded sessions supporting individuals, leaders, and teams navigating change, pressure, or transition.
Pause & Realign 1:1 Sessions
A calm, grounding space to slow down, settle the nervous system, and find clarity when life or work feels overwhelming.
Calm, Grounding Yoga
A calm, grounding practice centred on breath, presence, and ease. Offered in a small studio space, created to support both individuals and groups in slowing down and reconnecting.
Weekly Rhythm
A small number of carefully held sessions each week, alongside monthly spaces to pause more deeply.
